Project Overview

This is an emerging luxury handbag brand aiming to capture the attention of high-net-worth millennial and Gen-Z women. Ahead of their flagship product launch, the brand struggled to translate its premium physical identity into a high-converting digital experience.
As the Dual Social Media Manager and Product Designer, my objective was to overhaul the visual touchpoints, design an elite, friction-free mobile shopping experience, and execute an organic and paid social media strategy that treated the product not just as an accessory, but as an investment piece.

What I Handled (My Role)

As a Product Designer:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UI Design: Re-architected the e-commerce landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs) in Figma, prioritizing a "mobile-first" layout where 85% of luxury traffic originates.
Luxury UX Touchpoints: Designed interactive 360-degree product views, an elegant "Leathery & Craftsmanship" storytelling module, and a simplified, single-page guest checkout.
Ad Creative Design: Designed high-end, editorial-style carousel ads and video overlays that maintained brand guidelines while being optimized for social feed psychology.

As a Social Media Manager:

Campaign Strategy & Funnel Setup: Structured a 3-tier Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad funnel targeting ultra-high-interest luxury audiences (lookalikes of high-ticket buyers, fashion magazine enthusiasts).
Content & Influencer Curation: Directed the aesthetic direction of the organic feed, moving from sterile product shots to rich, "quiet luxury" lifestyle reels and user-generated content (UGC) from micro-influencers.
Paid Performance Ad Management: Set up, monitored, and continuously optimized paid social ad budgets, conducting strict A/B tests on ad copy, hook variations, and CTA placements.

The Turnaround & Results

By blending conversion-focused design with an intentional, high-end social media narrative, we completely transformed the brand's digital footprint. The friction points on the website were eradicated, and the paid ads generated immediate traction rather than vanity metrics.
