Arzepak is a property buying and renting platform designed to bridge the trust gap between agents and customers. I led the UX and UI design to replace a fragmented, misinformation-heavy search experience with a unified, action-driven platform.

The local real estate market was broken by outdated data and a lack of agent accountability, leading to high user drop-off.

UX Strategy: Translated user pain points, like dead leads and vague pricing into experience goals centered on verified property badges and auto-expiry rules.

Product Design (Web & Mobile): Designed a fully responsive platform, simplifying complex search filters into an intuitive, real-time interface.

Design System & Wireframing: Built a structured library of components and high-fidelity wireframes to ensure visual consistency across the entire user journey.

Trust Factors for Agents: Integrated a transparent inquiry system and ROI tracking for agents to build credibility and improve lead quality.

Developer Communication: Created detailed user flows and structured handoffs to ensure technical accuracy and a seamless transition from design to build.
