Ping is an on-demand platform that connects people with trusted handymen nearby.

Instead of calling random numbers or relying on unreliable contacts, users simply select the service they need, send a request, and a verified professional accepts the job. It brings structure, trust, and convenience to everyday home services, making repairs simple, fast, and reliable.

UX Strategy: I prioritized clarity, speed, and trust, making it simple for users to choose a service, submit a request, and receive a verified handyman without any confusion or unnecessary steps.

Two-Sided End-to-End Product Design: I led the end-to-end product design for Ping, crafting a complete two-sided experience for both consumers and handymen.

Design System: Built a consistent visual language using the Atomic design system. Worked with components, variables, and auto-layouts for scalable design.

Accessibility & Compliance: Ensured the interface followed accessibility standards and supported AW2CG-compliant data to handle best accessibility practices. AI Co-Pilot Design: Developed AI-assisted components to enhance efficiency and meet fast-paced work requirements. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborated effectively with engineering teams to ensure alignment on logic, address edge cases, and facilitate seamless development-ready handoffs.
