• Manage a high volume of inbound leads weekly

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM

• Engage with potential customers to assess their needs and understand the product fit

• Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone

• Proven track record of overachieving weekly, monthly and quarterly targets in conjunction with

KPIs

• Work closely with new team members and managed employee training for coaching and

mentoring new recruits

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and customer value proposition

• Identify trends and solve problems facing clients across a variety of industries

• Liaise with client contact and tech vendors - managing relationships, partnering and
