Executive Editor of OpenTable's first print journal chronicling the connection between two chefs in New York and London. The story of both chefs, their purveyors and the city, were told through photographic and written essays by Emma Hardy & Ian Frisch (NYC) and Daniel Shea & Tom Morris (London). I was lucky for the opportunity to collaborate and edit the work of such talented creators (and to make sure we paid them what they're worth). The journal sparked the idea for the creation of an ongoing event series and digital city guides.
