Led product design development for a med-tech company and turned complex health data into clear everyday decisions for providers.

ABOUT PRODUCT
MyDose is a protocol-first healthcare platform built for providers and telehealth companies. The platform helps healthcare providers manage the entire patient journey, from intake and consultation to personalized treatment plans, prescriptions, ongoing care, and refills. It brings clinic operations, patient management, treatment planning, telehealth, and fulfilment into one unified system.
PROBLEM
When I joined the project, it existed only as a vibe-coded, concept-stage idea. Over the first 4 months, I led the product from that early concept through to a fully functional MVP. During this initial phase, I defined the core structure of the platform across four foundational modules, Treatment Builder, Patient Base, Marketplace, Stock Management.
As the platform grew — gaining new features, new technical capabilities, and evolving market requirements — the need for a second version emerged quickly.
With the growing complexity of features and possibilities, my priority as product designer was to keep the experience intuitive and accessible for our core users — providers. Every new capability had to be introduced without adding friction, so that usability scaled alongside functionality rather than being outpaced by it.

The product had to become more than a set of tools — it needed to be a space providers return to daily, seamlessly supporting their everyday clinical and business workflows.

MY IMPACT
As a sole Product Designer, I owned the entire design process end-to-end. Research, analytics, prototyping, testing, design system, continuous iterations and collaboration with the development team, marketing team and executive team.
