Welcome to "Aprende Frances Ya", a Spanish niche TikTok account created for Spanish Speakers who want to learn French. The main purpose of creating this TikTok account is to add value to the audience to become viewers and followers and in the longer term to buy a French course online from a platform called "Hotmart"

Hotmart is "an all-in-one platform for digital creators and entrepreneurs to build and sell digital products such as online courses, membership sites, subscriptions, communities, events, and ebooks". The headquarters are based in Brazil. On that platform, I became an affiliate marketer which is promoting products to get paid commissions for people that purchase them. In this case, I was affiliated with a French course, and that's where this is where the story of "Inicia Francés ya" started.

Short Term Goal: To get followers and a minimum of 1,000 followers, to be able to put the affiliate link on the bio of TikTok, since at first you can't put any bio link until you have 1,000 followers.

Goal: To get customers to purchase French courses.

Problem: At first the account didn't have any followers, any interactions or any likes.

Solution: To engage, and build content that adds value to the audiences so they want to become your followers, understand the avatar of your buyers, use relevant hashtags, follow accounts, and constantly post.

Thanks to the solutions within 3 months I went from zero to 5,829 followers.

I started by doing the logo, creating the TikTok account from scratch, content creation and strategist.

In the next slides, I will be showing you real case studies of this TikTok account with screenshots and evidence of the 1st month how it started how it looked within 3 months, and the videos that helped boost my account.

In the first month, I started the TikTok account from scratch from only 0 to 395. At first, I wasn't constant, I was posting 1 video a week, every 5 days. Experienced learned, that if you want to grow your account you have to be constant and have all of your videos ready before creating the account, because of the algorithm. The first video wasn't the best, it didn't get any views or likes. But in the second video, I got 200 to 300 views. Today the second video is now on 3,271 views. I started the account on October 15, 2023. This screenshot is from October 15- November 15.

The first three weeks weren't the best aside from not being constant, I was getting 200 views, and at least one follower a day or a maximum of 5 followers. But since I started being constant and constant without expecting, I posted a video of ABC in French, and that video went viral and changed my whole account, and even to this day it's still getting viewed.

As you can see on the screenshot, the account started at 500 in the second month. I started to get at least 1,000 to 3,000 views per video. The ABC viral video has 10k views on the first screen, then 22.4k, and then 62k. These screenshots are from November 15- to December 15, 2023. In one day I went from 1,000 to 2000 followers. My goal was to get to 1,000 before December, and I accomplished that goal here.

By this time I now started having 4 viral videos. Note the 4 videos that are now viral today are from November.

Viral video #1

This video is about "ABC in French" and this is the video that went VIRAL, and grew my followers on the account. Here is a demonstration of video analysis. As you can see this is the demographics. The ABC French video today has 248K views. On the screenshot, you can also see what country, and age are the viewers from.

2nd Viral Video

This video is about the most common expressions used in French, this is the second video that went VIRAL and grew my followers on the account. Here is a demonstration of video analysis. As you can see this is the demographics. The ABC French video today has 44K views. On the screenshot, you can also see what country, and age are the viewers from.

This video is about the most common expressions used in French, this is the third video that went VIRAL and grew my followers on the account. Here is a demonstration of video analysis. As you can see this is the demographics. The ABC French video today has 29K views. On the screenshot, you can also see what country, and age are the viewers from.

Conclusion

Results: In only 3 months I went from 0 to 5,800 followers. After posting, engaging with the audiences, and getting videos that went viral. In the first month, I was only 40 followers for the first 3 weeks, until I had a video that went viral, and in one day it went to 100 followers, then the second day 200, then the third day 300, and I closed with 500. The second month it continued I got to meet my goal of 1,000 followers. Now I'm at 5,800, and I will keep you guys updated. I have not met my sales goals yet, but I have made my first sell, yay. Personal Feedback: A feedback that I can give myself that I learned from this case study is that the next time I open an account immediately post, have videos ready before even creating the account, and post at least 3 videos a day within the first 2 weeks. Why? Because the first 3 videos are the most important ones, TikTok helps your algorithm within the first 3 videos. Also do not add any call to action or any commercial words, because TikTok immediately takes away the visibility of the feed, the big suggestion is to start doing it after 5,000 followers. Also to research your competition more and check with the buyers are looking for.
