Description: Managed a comprehensive automation project for a butchery e-commerce business.

Using my Make.com expertise, I automated Conversion API processes for Google and Meta, categorizing customers based on behavior.

Each order triggered this workflow, that updated a Google Sheets data source, powering a Looker Studio dashboard I built for them.

The workflow also formatted phone numbers to add customers to Meta Custom Audiences, send CAPI events, and optimize Google Ads Enhanced Conversions (which I implemented 4-5 weeks ago in a new version), streamlining operations and improving targeting.
