Designed workflows for each buying stage captured through Meta Lead Ads. All communication (SMS, emails) was crafted by me.
Created a custom workflow for leads in the 'Looking to Buy Right Now' stage, including the triggering of a Meta CAPI event (qualified lead).
Implemented a chat widget on their site, with notifications to their internal team and check if someone is attempting to contact that lead
My role: Was asked to build full funnel strategy from scratch, including tools, workflows, and team training.
Project description: We used HighLevel as the main tool.
They were a 100% off-line company and the project was very comprehensive, so I even trained their salespeople on how to better convert and use the platform.
We determined Meta Lead Ads would be their main acquisition channel and I was responsible for ads benchmarking and giving directions to their creative team. I also integrated Meta to HL, to sync every lead.
In the screenshots, you can see some of the automations I created inside GoHighlevel, from communication (SMS, emaiils) to internal notifications. I also did some Make.com automations for them.
