The dashboard tracks key metrics such as orders, conversion rates, and ROI, showcasing a 35% increase in orders and a 19% reduction in acquisition costs. Revenue projections highlight the success of the campaigns, with R$903,856 in annual revenue from recent contracts.

Description:

I currently manage the paid media strategy for a publicly traded dental insurance company, overseeing a monthly investment of R$130,000. This quarter alone (Oct 1 - Dec 3, 2024), we’ve achieved impressive results, as showcased in the attached dashboard.

When I joined the project, the company lacked proper tracking tags, making performance optimization challenging.

Key Achievements:

I implemented robust tracking systems and built this dashboard in Looker Studio to ensure transparency and data-driven decisions.

35% growth in total orders compared to previous periods.

Significant reductions in acquisition costs: Cost per Order (-17.52%), Cost per Paid Order (-19.19%), and Cost per Paid Contract (-17.78%).

Elevated Paid/User Conversion Rates by 37.4% for Paid Orders and 35.39% for Paid Contracts.

Delivered R$279,790 in first-month revenue, with 12-month projected revenue reaching R$903,856.30, a clear testament to ROI, specially taking into account that their average contract duration is 14 months.
