RRSlide is a presentation design marketplace built for creatives who want more than a cookie-cutter templates. Users can purchase and use the templates directly on their PowerPoint or Keynotes so they don't have to design from scratch anymore.
I partnered with their team to completely redesign the platform. From brand to product to web, with a focus on discoverability, usability, and conversion.
Web apps
On the product side, we restructured the entire site experience, from the discover phase (landing page) to the checkout.
After launch, we managed to increase the item discovery rate up to 3x and saw a 30% lift in the CVR (conversion rate) within the first month post-launch.
We're deliberately showing the best performing templates on the landing page as a nudge to trigger users motivation to browse more templates on the site.
Most of our users are browsing in mobile, so RRslide is also optimized for mobile searching and purchasing experience.
Brand
We crafted a vibrant, playful visual identity designed to resonate with a younger audience, using bold colors and 3D illustrations to inject personality into every touchpoint. The tone is intentionally friendly and human, while always keeping the user’s goal front and center: find the perfect slide, fast./
To support future growth, I also built a scalable design system that powers their upcoming Google Slides plugin—an intuitive drag-and-drop tool that brings the RRSlide experience directly into slide creation, much like Canva but focused on ready-made, high-quality templates.
