Teleswap — Brand & Website Revamp for a Cross-Chain Future
TeleSwap (formerly TeleportDAO) is a cross-chain swap and BTC bridging platform enabling users to wrap, unwrap, and trade Bitcoin across EVM chains like Polygon, without relying on centralized intermediaries.
The team had recently secured a $2.5M seed round, and they needed a complete design revamp to position TeleSwap as a secure, accessible, and trustworthy Web3 product.
When the CEO of Teleswap.xyz reached out, their vision was clear: a cross-chain swap experience that felt fast, fluid, and fun. But their brand and website didn’t reflect that energy yet.
I partnered with the Teleswap team to give the product a complete creative refresh - starting with a new brand identity that better matched their ambition, then carrying that energy into a sleek, responsive website experience.
From deep strategy calls to sketching portal-inspired concepts (yes, Rick & Morty vibes!), I made sure every design decision translated Teleswap’s complexity into something accessible and exciting.
My role included:
Led full UX audit of swap and teleBTC flows.
Redesigned landing page, swap dashboard, and transaction confirmation states.
Created a design system for consistency across dApp and marketing pages.
Collaborated closely with developers to ensure on-chain logic and UI stayed synced.

Results
After launching the redesigned platform:
6× increase in swap conversion rates within the first month.
Over 2500 positive feedback messages across Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram.
User retention on swap flow improved by 70%, with reduced drop-offs at transaction step 2.
Helped solidify TeleSwap’s reputation as one of the most user-friendly cross-chain tools post-seed round.
