Project Description: This project focused on building a subscription-based external CRM platform using Retool for sales and marketing professionals across industries. Unlike traditional SMS tools, this system leverages iMessage APIs to initiate real human-like conversations using real USA phone numbers, enhancing open rates and improving customer trust. The CRM is split across two applications: an internal admin board and a public-facing dashboard for subscribed users, enabling scalable and intelligent outreach campaigns.

The CRM enabled users to run authentic outreach campaigns that felt personal and timely. With iMessage integration, users saw a 3× increase in open rates compared to Twilio-based tools. AI auto-responses reduced manual workload by 60%, and plan-based throttling ensured system stability and compliance. The platform now supports dozens of recurring subscribers with consistent performance and measurable sales outcomes.

Subscriber Management: Track and manage users who purchased plans via Stripe or PayPal.

Server & Line Configuration: Admins can deploy API servers, assign line numbers, and configure communication credentials.

Plan-Based Usage Limits: Apply send/receive limits dynamically based on a user’s subscription tier.

Conversations: Real-time chat UI to message prospects, with contact management built-in. Auto-messaging uses iMessage APIs, ensuring high delivery & trust.
