Project Description: This project focused on building a subscription-based external CRM platform using Retool for sales and marketing professionals across industries. Unlike traditional SMS tools, this system leverages iMessage APIs to initiate real human-like conversations using real USA phone numbers—enhancing open rates and improving customer trust. The CRM is split across two applications: an internal admin board and a public-facing dashboard for subscribed users, enabling scalable and intelligent outreach campaigns.

Key Features

Admin Panel (Internal App)

Subscriber Management: Track and manage users who purchased plans via Stripe or PayPal.
Server & Line Configuration: Admins can deploy API servers, assign line numbers, and configure communication credentials.
Plan-Based Usage Limits: Apply send/receive limits dynamically based on a user’s subscription tier.

CRM Dashboard (Customer-Facing App)

Conversations: Real-time chat UI to message prospects, with contact management built-in. Auto-messaging uses iMessage APIs—ensuring high delivery & trust.
Analytics: Graph-based dashboards to track:
Response rate
Total/unresponded conversations
Average response time
AI Vectors Training: Users can upload and train custom responses for smarter replies. Supports context-aware responses powered by vector embeddings.
AI Auto-Responder (Workflow Automation): Users can toggle AI replies on/off per conversation. Auto-replies are triggered by incoming messages within a pre-set response time limit. Built using Retool Workflows for reliability and rule-based automation.
Usage & Billing Dashboard: Transparent breakdown of the user’s plan, limits, and past usage data.
