This project involved designing and developing a centralized restaurant operations platform for a Canadian food-service business scaling from 200 to thousands of weekly orders. Built in Retool and powered by PostgreSQL, the system replaced the client’s outdated spreadsheet-based workflow with a fully interactive dashboard for managing orders, kitchen prep, recipes, and team coordination, all in real time.
