GHRI – Telemedicine App & Website Role: Product Designer Scope: UX/UI Design · Feature Strategy · Wireframing · Visual Design · Collaboration with Development Team
Project Overview GHRI is a telemedicine platform designed to make healthcare accessible, efficient, and engaging. It helps patients get quick answers to health concerns through an AI-powered chatbot, schedule appointments with doctors when needed, and stay informed about medical events and community health outreaches. The platform also enables volunteers to actively participate in health initiatives.
I led the full product design for both the mobile app and the website, shaping the experience from wireframes to high-fidelity UI, collaborating closely with developers to ensure a seamless product rollout.
Project Goals
Provide instant access to healthcare guidance through an intuitive Product
Enable smooth appointment booking when patients need professional consultation
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: Designing an AI chatbot interface that makes responses look warm and not AI-ish Solution:
Created a friendly UI with clear guidance on and reaction buttons
created an interface that allows an invincible handoff from chatbot to a human doctor if patients need further support
Challenge: Integrating events and volunteer management into a telemed product Solution:
Designed a dedicated dashboard for event and volunteer management
Dashboards were efficient enough to monitor upcoming events, track participation, and manage outreach efforts
Challenge: Maintaining consistency across different accounts and both platforms Solution:
I leverage my design system to aid consistency across both platforms
I structured my content to make it easy for users to understand the platform’s benefits in seconds and not get lost due to its size
What Made This Project Special
Human-centered empathy: the product was designed for real health needs, to mitigate patient painpoint in appointment booking
Full ownership of design: I defined the whole UX flow, visual identity, and collaborated closely with developers to ensure a seamless product experience
Holistic approach: I made the app and website feel like parts of a single ecosystem by ensuring consistency, trust and usability
Tools Used
Figma – UX Design & Wireframes
Miro – User Flows & Ideation
Jitter – Motion/Animation Presentations
At the end of this project, I designed 80+ high-fidelity screens across web and mobile
