In this role, I led the product design for SuziPay, a fintech application built to simplify everyday financial actions and reduce the stress users often face with traditional banking.
I designed the end-to-end user experience, with my major focus on clarity, trust, especially for users who may not be deeply familiar with digital financial tools.
A key feature I designed was SuziPay’s in-app financial chatbot, which allows users to:
Ask quick financial questions
Perform basic transactions
Get guidance without navigating complex banking flows
The goal was to make financial interactions feel more conversational and accessible, rather than rigid and intimidating.
What I delivered during the Project:
✔ UI & interaction design – I created wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes that aligned with fintech best practices and emphasized simplicity, accessibility, and consistency.
✔ Research-driven decisions – I carried out user research, usability reviews, and iterative testing to uncover pain points around financial confusion, trust, and speed, using these insights to guide design choices.
✔ Chatbot experience & flow design – I conceptualized and designed the chatbot interactions, conversation flows, and task-based actions to help users get things done faster than traditional banking interfaces.
✔ Cross-functional collaboration – I worked closely with the developer to translate product ideas and UX insights into feasible, build-ready designs, ensuring smooth handoff and alignment throughout development.
What I can say about this product
I so much love this project because it reflects my strength in fintech product design, research, and interaction design to build solutions that make financial products feel simpler, smarter, and more human.
