In this role, I was responsible for designing the user experience for lernHere, an e-learning platform offering academic, vocational, and technical courses.

My work spanned research, product design, and user-centered solutions to make sure learners could engage with the platform without any friction.

What I delivered: ✔ Tailored User-centric experience – I came up with and designed the flow that aimed to ensure frictionless enrollment and learning for learners of all backgrounds.

✔ Product research insights – I conducted user research, usability tests, and feedback sessions to understand learners’ needs and pain points, which informed my design decisions.

✔ UI & interaction design – I created the wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs in line with the product's vision.

✔ Seamless collaboration – Most importantly, I worked closely with developers and stakeholders to translate my insights into actualizable solutions.

This project allowed me to combine research, UX strategy, and product design to create a learning platform that truly puts the learner first... One that I am really proud of.
