Job Summary :
As a Customer Relation Officer, i will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. i will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to address inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback, and providing personalized assistance and support.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and solutions to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with the company's products and services, and communicate insights and recommendations to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
