About the Project

Passen has been researching, designing and building fit technology since 2017. When clothing is on-boarded into the platform, any retailer customer of Levis can implement the same digital fitting system on their e-commerce experience with a one-click phone number authentication for shoppers.
Passen is currently deploying with an enterprise multi-brand luxury retailer that generates $50M in online sales, a large international airline, and a large government uniformed organization.
Our Challenge
Online shoppers are continuing to struggle with finding their correct sizing in Levi's clothing, causing shoppers to purchase the wrong sizing and return items which decreases sales and does not offer the best shopping experience.
The Goal
To deliver clothing that fits to online shoppers through building a widget that walks Levi's customers through the Passen experience and provides their best fit recommendation.

The Levis Denim De-Coded hackathon concluded on October 31st, 2022. I was fortunate enough to be selected by Stuart Campbell from Passen to join their team as a UX/UI Designer. Our demo was presented to the Levis stakeholders by Stuart.
I am delighted to have worked with a company that has a great product (two silhouettes captured with your smartphone generate a recommendation for the best fit) and has the experience to bring a company's and design team's vision to life in only two weeks.
Working alongside a team of talented designers really helped me to collaborate with both Levi's and Passen's innovative and transformative design solution.
