Product Management

In this project, I managed the design and supply of a basic merchandise line for my store, aiming to strengthen its brand identity and engage its growing fan base. I created appealing designs, selected materials for production, and set up an efficient online distribution system. The launch of the merchandise, which included t-shirts, hats, and office trinkets featuring iconic catchphrases and logos from the brand, saw enthusiastic customer reception and significantly increased brand visibility, driving additional revenue streams for my store.
