In this project, I spearheaded the development and implementation of an integrated email and SMS marketing automation systems for clients looking to enhance their customer engagement and retention. My responsibilities included segmenting the customer database to target specific demographics, designing personalized email and SMS campaigns, and setting up automation triggers based on customer behavior.
