Client Overview

Our collaboration with the client resulted in the creation of an innovative cash rewards app´s landing page named Benjamin. As a seasoned product designer, our client played a pivotal role in shaping Benjamin into an engaging and user-centric platform that seamlessly integrates financial incentives into the user experience.

Objective

To restructure the user experience hierarchy and provide users with pertinent and valuable information in an easily digestible manner, ultimately enhancing the landing page's effectiveness and engagement.

Challenge

The main challenge I tackled in this project was to reorganize the landing page to communicate key information effectively while maintaining a coherent and engaging visual design. Striking a balance between showcasing the app's benefits, its user-friendly features, and the seamless sign-up process required meticulous design decisions to optimize user engagement.

Solution

To address this challenge, I initiated a comprehensive redesign process grounded in user-centered principles. I began by analyzing user behavior through analytics and user feedback, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. With this insight, I crafted a new information hierarchy that prominently featured the app's unique selling points and the user journey from sign-up to rewards redemption. The design process included iterative wireframes and prototypes, ensuring a user-friendly interface that encouraged exploration and interaction.

Key Features

Clear Value Proposition: The landing page prominently highlighted the core benefits of Benjamin, ensuring users quickly grasped the app's value proposition.
Step-by-Step Journey: A visually engaging and informative breakdown of the user journey was presented, guiding users through the sign-up process and explaining how they could earn and redeem rewards.
Simplified Call to Action: The call-to-action buttons were strategically placed and designed to stand out, facilitating effortless user interaction and conversion.

Results

The UX-focused landing page redesign for Benjamin yielded notable outcomes. By optimizing the user experience hierarchy and presenting pertinent information in a well-structured manner, user engagement on the landing page substantially increased. Users reported a clearer understanding of the app's offerings and a smoother sign-up process. The project's success was underscored by the positive feedback received from users and stakeholders alike.
