To address these challenges, I initiated an extensive UX redesign process that began with user research and analysis which helped me gather valuable insights into user pain points and preferences. Leveraging these insights, I crafted a new information architecture that simplified navigation and logically organized features. To assist users in harnessing the tool's capabilities, I introduced a guided onboarding experience. Visual refinements, such as a cleaner interface, consistent typography, and intuitive icons, were integrated to improve the overall look and feel.
