Pelotea Native Mobile Apps

Pelotea is a technological tool for the management of soccer teams, academies, and leagues that minimizes the risk of COVID contagion between players and ensures players through multiple health insurance partners.

Pelotea's native applications were outsourced at the genesis of the company in early 2016. Since the company had found product-market-fit and was looking to scale and grow to other regional markets, the technology became the bottleneck. It was time to rebuild the entire technology stack.

Given the importance that mobile applications play in Pelotea's business model, management wanted to invest in building the apps from scratch using React Native as the stack and internal engineers and designers to deliver the new interface.

Through product discovery and user research, I was able to leave a roadmap so that they could execute with their internal team.

With the new native applications, Pelotea's internal team is now in control of maintenance and innovation on their apps. At the same time, users have a much more advanced and intuitive application to use when interacting with Pelotea's products.
