Health System Services (HSS) is a Western New York family-owned business with over two decades of experience supplying health-related equipment to nursing homes and other facilities in the region.

HSS's previous technology stack was built in the late 90's and heavily relied on legacy systems that lived on-premise and was proprietary to them through custom-built systems.

Their management realized that moving their systems to the cloud would be a bet to the future and would allow them to keep their business up to date and scale into other regions.

The initial MVP for their new ERP was scoped and built by TARA.ai. I helped HSS decide what to build in this initial phase and put together the team to execute the project. It was a 4-month project that got delivered on time and within budget.
