G2i Admissions Platform

G2i.co is a vetted marketplace that connects software engineers with clients through remote work. G2i's talent specializes in React, React Native, and Node.js.

G2i's internal tool is a blend of an ATS and a CRM. This is the tool that internal teams use to capture, vet, and onboard new supply into the marketplace.

Due to the fact that this is an internal tool, it wasn't an intuitive platform built for end-users but more of a dashboard of sorts built by engineers for other engineers.

Through my work in discovering what users wanted this platform to help them in their workflow, I created a roadmap and then executed some of the changes and new features requests for the platform.

The new changes allowed team leads and other individual contributors to work faster, be more engaged, and collaborate with both supply users and across functions to provide the best customer experience for the developers in the marketplace.
