G2i.co is a vetted marketplace that connects software engineers with clients through remote work. G2i's talent specializes in React, React Native, and Node.js.

I was a full-time employee at G2i from January, 2020 to June, 2021

The process of matching talent with opportunities was done manually by G2i's core team members. This process was time-consuming, inefficient, and lacked the transparency that our marketplace was asking for.

Through product discovery and team formation I was able to lead the team in building G2i's first user-facing product. This developer Portal was a tool designed to create efficiencies in the internal team's workflow while allowing developers to apply for jobs on their own, controlling the experience instead of keeping it behind a walled garden.

100% of job applications after the Portal was created now take place via the Portal. G2i's internal core team members have more time to dedicate to other valuable tasks, while G2i's talent can now control when to apply, who to apply for, and how much to ask for contracts.
