Dialoge — From Local Danish AI to International Brand

Brand identity, strategy, and website for Dialoge — an AI shopping assistant platform that needed to look like a funded international player, not a local consultancy.

Dialoge had the product. +41% sales conversion for their clients. 80% of customer queries resolved automatically. Real results for brands like Bodylab and DKTrimmer across the Nordics. But their digital presence told a different story — a Danish WordPress site built on Elementor, no English version, no clear positioning, and a name nearly identical to a competitor in the same space. They'd just closed an investment round and were ready to go international. The brand was the bottleneck.

The first move was positioning. Every AI chatbot company in e-commerce leads with the same playbook: feature tours, interactive demos, integration logos, "book a demo." It's a race to look the same. We went the other direction. Instead of a product-led site, we built a narrative-driven experience — one that walks a prospect through a problem they recognize (confused shoppers leaving without buying), a solution that feels specific (AI trained on your catalogue, not a generic bot), a transparent process (week-by-week from workshop to launch), and proof that it works (real client numbers). By the time someone reaches the CTA, they don't need a product tour — they already get it.

The identity follows the same principle: restraint as differentiation. In a space where everyone uses gradients as decoration, we used them only to highlight key words. Clean typography leads. Dark/light contrast creates hierarchy. Every section has a job — no filler, no feature dumps, no visual noise.

The full system: positioning, logo, color and type system, brand guidelines, and a website designed and developed in Framer — replacing the WordPress site entirely. A brand that scales from investor decks to partner materials to the sales conversation.
Dialoge now sends prospects to a site that does the selling before the first call. In a market full of chatbot vendors competing on features, they're the one that looks like a strategic partner. That's the gap brand closes at an inflection point — it makes the company look as inevitable as the product already is.
