Project overview For the Electronics and E-Scrap Conference, I led a team of designers and directed the digital-signage system across attendee pages and live displays. My work aligned the visual experience so schedules, wayfinding, and announcements remained clear, coordinated, and on brand.

The challenge Conference information changes in real time, but attendees still need to understand where to go and what is happening at a glance. A team producing separate pages and screens can create visual inconsistency at exactly the moment clarity matters most.

The approach I led the design team, set the page and screen alignment rules, and coordinated the system for agenda, wayfinding, and live announcements. Shared hierarchy, typography, color, and component decisions kept every attendee-facing surface connected while updates continued.
