RentWala — A Clearer Way to Run Every Rental
Brand Identity · Dashboard Design · Website Design
A single car rental involves a customer, a vehicle, a schedule, payment details, and an agreement. Often, it also involves a guarantor. Those details need to stay connected through the booking, handover, and return.
RentWala brings that work into one rental management platform. We shaped its brand, dashboard experience, and website around the practical decisions rental teams make throughout the day.
The Challenge: Keeping the Details Together
The complexity sits in how the records relate to each other. A booking needs the right vehicle and rate. An agreement needs the correct customer and guarantor details. A returning customer should be easy to find without starting their record again.
That gave the product a clear priority: keep the information connected and make the next action easy to identify.
The website had a related job. It needed to explain that operational value clearly enough for a rental business owner to understand why they would use RentWala.
A Booking Flow With a Clear Sequence
We organized the booking experience into six stages: customer, guarantor, vehicle, schedule, payment, and verification.
Each stage focuses on one part of the rental, while a persistent booking summary keeps the selected details in view. As the booking progresses, staff can review the customer, vehicle, advance payment, and remaining balance without losing their place.
Existing-customer selection and repeat-booking options support work that happens regularly. The final verification stage brings together the required checks before confirmation and agreement printing.
A Dashboard Built Around Daily Work
The overview brings active rentals, completed bookings, vehicle counts, recent bookings, and available vehicles into one view. It gives staff a starting point for deciding what needs attention.
Fleet management carries the same approach into vehicle records. Availability, registration, rental rates, and status sit together so the team can review a vehicle in context.
The interface uses a consistent sidebar, clear table structures, and distinct status labels. Orange highlights primary actions, while charcoal anchors selected navigation and booking summaries. Most of the workspace stays light, giving dense operational information room to breathe.
Giving RentWala a Recognizable Identity
The brand pairs a bold wordmark with a small orange detail that carries across the wider system. Orange brings energy to the identity; charcoal, white, and pale gray give it structure.
Inter Tight leads the headings, with Manrope supporting body copy. Together, they establish a clear hierarchy across the website, interface, and brand materials.
The guidelines document logo treatments, color, typography, and component styling. Repeated button styles, icons, cards, and status treatments connect the marketing presentation with the product people use.
Making the Product Easy to Understand
The website opens with “Rent-A-Car Management Made Fast & Simple,” alongside a dashboard preview and a direct invitation to request a demo.
From there, the page explains the work RentWala supports: maintaining customer records, creating repeat bookings, managing vehicle pricing, and preparing rental agreements. Product screens sit beside those explanations so visitors can connect each promise with the interface.
Light sections keep the detail readable, while darker sections give key ideas more emphasis. The mobile layout carries the same story into a narrower format, keeping the product introduction and demo action prominent.
Taking the Identity Into the Rental World
The visual presentation extends into vehicle-related imagery, key tags, signage, and campaign mockups. These applications connect the software with the businesses and everyday handovers it supports.
Across the work, the aim stays consistent: give rental teams a recognizable product with a clear structure, from the first website visit to the details of an individual booking.
