Building an MVP to Empower Real Estate Developers with AI Sales Agents

What is Propzing?

Propzing is a no-code platform that enables real estate developers to create and deploy their own AI Sales Agents. These agents handle inquiries 24/7, answering questions about properties, managing leads, and automating sales workflows. Propzing also offers tools for team collaboration, lead tracking, and task management, helping developers streamline their sales processes without any coding knowledge.

I led the design process for Propzing’s MVP, taking it from 0 to 1. The web app was built to empower real estate developers to train and manage their own AI Sales Agents, assign tasks, and track leads effortlessly. As the solo designer, I focused on creating a user-friendly and scalable interface tailored to the needs of real estate teams.

What Was the Goal?

The goal of the MVP was to:

Provide developers with a no-code platform to train AI Sales Agents using property data.

Create role-specific dashboards for different team members (Owners, Sales Heads, Digital Sales Teams, Caller Teams).

Simplify task management with tools for assigning, tracking, and completing tasks.

Enable developers to track leads from various sources and analyze their performance.

Process

Defining the MVP Scope:

Collaborated with founders to identify core features necessary for the MVP.

Prioritized a no-code AI training module, role-based dashboards, and task management features.

User Research and Role Mapping:

Conducted research to understand the pain points of real estate developers in managing leads and teams.

Mapped out user journeys for each role (Owner, Head of Sales, Digital Sales Team, Caller Team).

2. Information Architecture and User Flows:

Created a clear, scalable structure for the app, focusing on simplicity for non-technical users.

Designed intuitive user flows for training the AI, managing tasks, and tracking leads.

3. Wireframing and Prototyping:

Developed wireframes for key features like the AI Training Module, task boards, and dashboards.

Prototyped the user interface to ensure smooth navigation and logical workflows.

4. Core Feature Design:

AI Training Module: Designed a step-by-step process to train the AI agent using documents, property data, and links.

Role-Specific Dashboards: Delivered dashboards tailored to each team role, showcasing relevant metrics and actionable insights.

Lead Source Tracking: Designed tools to analyze leads by platform (e.g., website, Instagram, Facebook).
