Teams were juggling spreadsheets and chat threads to track tasks. Status updates got lost. Collaboration stalled.

I designed a Kanban view plus an inline Task Detail pane that:
Visualizes workflow - drag tasks across stages.
Surfaces all task info on click no context switching.

1. Kanban Board
Why: Visual pipeline for teams that think in stages spot bottlenecks immediately.
Columns: To Do, In Progress, Review, Completed
Cards show priority, due date, assignees, progress ring
Drag-and-drop updates status instantly
2. Task Detail Pane
Why: Keeps users in context no separate pages, no lost focus.
Slides out on card click
Shows title, status, progress bar, dates, team, description
Checklist of subtasks, comments, activity log

Instant clarity: 90% of users said they understood task status at a glance.
Faster updates: Status changes went from ~1 day delays to real-time.
Less context-switching: Teams stayed in one app instead of three.
