Social Media Management | The Ambitious Female

As part of my internship with Southpoint Creative Group, I was responsible for managing their social media pages for their brand The Ambitious Female.

A place for entrepreneurs, side hustlers, stay-at-home moms and women to elevate their lives through community by surrounding themselves with like-minded women. This is done through social media content and networking events. The goals while managing this page are to build growth and engagement through creative graphics based content, and to promoting upcoming events, services, and other relevant campaigns on all social channels

Deliverables:

A monthly content calendar with up to 3 posts weekly based on their audience's needs and preferences (product photos, entertaining video content, informational graphics, etc.)

Creation of all content pieces (primarily graphic design and video) using Canva

Community Management (responding to comments and DMs and comments, sharing stories, etc)

Scheduling all content to publish via Loomly

Results

Over 12% increase in followers over 3 months

Engagement improved by 30% in 3 months

41% engagement rate overall

DM from target audience member: "Because of your post about networking, I reached out to a local business for a potential collab and they were so excited and had a bigger and better idea then I could have ever hoped!"
