Captain Notepad, known for offering a wide range of marketing items from branded notepads to golf balls, faced challenges in digital marketing, struggling to achieve significant returns on ad spend (ROAS) with previous agencies​​.

Despite challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, BERK Labs continued to work with Captain Notepad, helping them pivot to selling branded hand sanitizer and ensuring the business's long-term success​​.
Captain Notepad plans to extend its digital marketing efforts to the Microsoft Search Network, targeting enterprise customers with expectations of higher impression share and lower cost per acquisition (CPA) compared to Google campaigns​​.
