The client's objective was to track user activities and business performance in their Shopify app through Mixpanel. Our collaboration involved crafting a comprehensive tracking plan to capture crucial user actions. Subsequently, I collaborated with their development team to execute the event implementations. Finally, we constructed a Mixpanel dashboard enabling the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
