Echo, a chat application, needed a landing page that effectively communicated its value proposition while enhancing user engagement. My role was to design an intuitive, visually compelling interface that aligns with Echo’s brand identity and drives conversions.
Discovery and Research
To create a high-converting landing page, I conducted:
Competitive Analysis – Examined top chat app landing pages to identify industry standards and UI patterns.
User Behavior Insights – Researched user expectations for support-driven chat applications to inform content hierarchy and usability.
Brand Alignment – Ensured consistency with Echo’s existing branding, refining the visual direction to enhance brand recall.
