Modern Cents is a Canadian financial advisory firm that needed a comprehensive client-facing platform to centralize operations, improve client communication, and streamline their advisory process.

The Challenge

The client needed a single system to manage all client relationships, track project milestones, collect client feedback, and handle communications—without juggling multiple disconnected tools. They also needed seamless data flow between their existing Google Sheets workflows and a new Notion-based setup.
