• Marketing Strategy:
Developed a growth-focused strategy tailored to US and a Market Entry Strategy for the EU market, balancing acquisition costs with profitability to drive scalable expansion.
• Creative Direction:
Led the creative process, including personally crafted high-converting ad copy and designed static ads. Also directed the in-house design team for video ad production, ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
• Media Buying Strategy:
Executed multi-market campaigns with advanced techniques like Cost Caps, Manual Bidding, and Value Based Lookalike Audiences. Focused on dynamic budget allocation, market segmentation to maximise ROI and scale high-performing ads across both mature and emerging markets.
• Customer Journey & Retargeting:
Developed a full-funnel approach with tailored messaging for each stage of the buyer’s journey and implemented dynamic retargeting to boost conversions and minimise cart abandonment.
