Overview
Kordinat is a real estate brand designed to make buying and selling property more transparent, efficient and human. The project started with a strategic brand platform and expanded into a complete visual and digital system across the customer journey.
The challenge
The real estate category often feels repetitive, transactional and difficult to trust. Kordinat needed a stronger point of view, a clearer digital experience and a visual language that could communicate expertise without losing warmth or approachability.
Strategy
The brand was built around the idea “Leading with trust.” Its mission is to make the property journey more stress-free through experience, technology and transparent communication. The brand platform defined the audience, purpose, values, character, personality, tone of voice and brand architecture before the visual system was developed.
Brand positioning
Kordinat was positioned as an expert networker, combining the knowledge and guidance of a specialist with the approachability of a trusted partner. This gave the brand a clear role in the market: helping homeowners, buyers and investors make more confident decisions with less friction.
Visual identity
The identity combines a distinctive K and O symbol with a visual language inspired by house keys, streets and directional movement. Pangaia brings an editorial and human character to headlines, while Lay Grotesk supports clarity across body copy, digital interfaces and service communication.
The palette balances trust black and warm off-white with bittersweet coral, Columbia blue, dark purple and masculine blue. The system was designed to feel confident, contemporary and recognisable across both digital and physical applications.
Digital experience
The website experience was designed to support both sides of the real estate journey. Homeowners can learn about valuation, digital authorisation, appointments and property listing, while buyers can explore selected homes, search by neighbourhood and track the process more clearly.[Attachment]
Property search
The property search experience was extended across list, map and combined views. Users can filter listings by location, price, room count and square metres, save a search, receive alerts and send a request when the right property is not yet available.
Owner experience
The owner dashboard gives sellers a clearer view of their property performance, including information requests, visit requests, views and downloads. This makes the sales process more visible and supports Kordinat’s promise of transparent communication.
Brand applications
The identity was translated into business cards, stationery, property brochures, vehicle graphics, outdoor signage, open house materials, digital content and social media applications. Each touchpoint keeps the same visual logic while adapting to its context.
Campaign system
Property communication was designed around simple, direct messages that feel more human than traditional real estate advertising. Outdoor campaigns combine large-scale typography, photography, directional arrows and practical information to support both awareness and action.
Outcome
The result is a connected brand and digital ecosystem that makes Kordinat feel more distinctive, reliable and useful. The work demonstrates how strategy, identity and product experience can work together to change the perception of a traditional service category.
