This was a project for a retail company's e-commerce platform. I used WordPress, Woocommerce, PHP, and JavaScript to build the website and online store. I created the entire online sales process, including order management, logistics, and customer service. I was able to reach a remarkable 50% increase in online sales within the first two months of launch. Additionally, I spearheaded digital marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging social media, search engines, and affiliate marketing platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Employing project management methodologies such as Scrum and Agile, I synchronized and maximized the efficiency of the online sales team, ensuring streamlined operations and optimal performance. I used business analysis tools such as Google analytics to develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize profit margins and resource utilization. Furthermore, I continuously updated the e-commerce platform to optimize performance metrics such as loading speed and SEO, ensuring its competitiveness in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
