· Supervising recruitment life cycle of All Sectors.
· Responsible for recruitment life cycle of Enterprises as well as household department.
· Plan and execute household recruitment strategies including visa bifurcation country wise.
· Maintaining record of Visas for commercial and household.
· Maintaining weekly report of mobilization, deployment and visa details.
· Coordinating commercial mobilization as well as internal hiring.
· In partnership with Human Resources Consultants and HR Tech's, provides expertise and guidance via recruitment consultations and plans to address complex staffing needs, including hard-to-fill and executive level recruitment.
· Preparing and managing reports i.e. recruitment, mobilization, visa, visa distribution, payment to service providers from various countries.
· Day to day recruitment strategies, coordination with manpower suppliers.
