· Managed entire recruitment process such as receiving Job orders discussing and finalizing the recruitment process.
· Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines.
· Receiving CVs based on requisitions screening, checking and submitting to clients.
· Preparing CV`s and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants,
· Organizing online or face to face interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
· Informing candidates about the results of their interviews, negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
· Preparing all documentation and paperwork associated with the recruitment process.
· Making and negotiating job offers and mobilization activities to deploy on committed time.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment contractual requirements.
· Seeking clients feedback and implementing improvements/corrective actions and appropriate.
· Undertake additional other departmental activities i.e. ticketing, mobilization & visa process etc. as requested.
