Kendake Honey is an award-winning socially conscious company delivering organic certified honey together with its community of bold African female farmers from West Africa. The company needed to develop its go-to-market strategy to enter the UK market. We partnered together for three months to execute a business development project that would equip them with everything they needed to grow their business in the UK.
Outcome
Kendake Honey was able to launch their go-to-market strategy in the UK market and engage with dozens of prospects within their different market segments by leveraging their lead list and sales scripts tailored to each buyer persona. Results for closed deals are forthcoming!

The Project
We approached this project in four phases with business development deliverables in each phase:
Defining the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Buyer Persona, which are semi-fictional representations of the ideal consumer and customer. In addition, conducting direct competitor market research to leverage competitor insights.
Crafting Marketing Messaging, which included their marketing unique selling proposition and scripts for outbound outreach communication (e-mail script, phone call script).
Defining the Business Development Process, which included determining the buyer’s journey and which steps your prospect needs to take to become a customer.
Developing the marketing/sales assets needed to promote the product throughout the sales cycle.
