Overview
Arqlite is a social-purpose corporation innovating in sustainable plastics through its recycling technology and state-of-the-art recycling facility in California. We partnered to execute a business development project to help them define their ideal target market and develop a sales presentation introducing their licensing model.
Outcome
Arqlite was able to clearly define its target market by segment and create profiles for each of its ICP (ideal customer profile) and buyer personas.
Arqlite was able to leverage its newly redesigned sales presentation to form a deal with Cemex.
Client Testimonial
Since we met she's been very professional and committed to scaling the positive environmental impact of our technology. This specific project required communication, marketing, and design skills, which she delivered in an impeccable way.
The Project
We partnered together to develop the go-to-market strategy section for identifying their target market by breaking it down by target market segments.
From there, I helped them develop an ideal customer profile and buyer persona for each market segment. To create their buyer personas, I conducted informational interviews with numerous clients and prospects within two weeks.
Arqlite had a warm prospect in its pipeline already but wanted to redesign its existing sales presentation to deliver a compelling pitch.
I helped them by developing a new sales presentation to showcase its licensing model.
