What was the initial situation or problem?

Content planning and creation was happening across multiple e-mails and Slack messages, with documents of copy in different stages sent back and forth for multiple feedback loops.
A system that allowed us to consolidate everything in one easy-to-use framework was required.

How was the problem resolved?

I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive content database within Notion, designed to streamline our content production process across multiple platforms.
This database served as the central hub for all content, from initial brainstorming to final publication, effectively supporting blog posts, social media, and marketing materials alike.
The system allowed our team to quickly capture new ideas and initial thoughts, ensuring that spontaneous bursts of creativity were never lost or scattered. From there, these ideas could be refined, developed, or even set aside—all within the same environment. This capability gave us a clearer view of what worked and what didn’t, so we could continuously optimize our strategy.
Additionally, we were able to schedule both preparation milestones and final publication dates, and categorize content according to specific pillars or themes. This proved especially valuable for social media managers overseeing multiple brands, as it offered a holistic view of all content types and timelines at a glance.

What was the result?

My role in this project included architecting the database, managing its ongoing optimization, and training team members on best practices. As a result, we increased our content output efficiency by 30%, reduced miscommunications, and established a workflow that supported creative freedom without compromising organization.
