The challenge
Trip planning is overwhelming: endless tabs, too many opinions, never enough time. In early 2023, there was a five-day window to solve it with AI before someone else did.
The hard part was not the AI. It was building a product that would still feel useful when 5,000 people showed up at once.

Smart onboarding flow with guided questions instead of a blank chat box
OpenAI generating full day-by-day itineraries through Bubble's API Connector
Google Maps integrated for navigation
Prompts engineered to keep every plan within the user's budget
Built in Bubble with OpenAI, Google Maps, and Figma.
