I designed and built in Framer an engaging, mobile-first "Link in Bio" solution for realtors to enhance their social media presence and convert traffic into leads more effectively. This solution includes customizable templates and a modular design, catering to each realtor's unique branding and call to action needs.
The client reached out to me with a clear vision in mind and a goal to address existing problems in real estate community.
We went with 3 different themes aimed to cater to a wide range of agents: Elegant, Bold & Minimalist. Each theme contains of the same blocks, slightly varying in layout.
For each theme there's 3 ways how agents can display their listings:
Minimalist theme features a dark mode. Thanks to Framer's color styles feature, agents can select either pure light or dark mode, or alternatively, choose a version that changes mode based on user's device settings.
Templates include an alternative CTA button to help realtors capture leads and connect with potential clients. When clicked, a popup shows up, asking users to enter their email to get updates on new listings or to chat about selling their property. This simple feature helps realtors build an email list, keeping their audience engaged and driving interest from both buyers and sellers.
