Amazing people from Homevisio reached me for a rebranding project. They are real estate agency from Atlanta, GA working in mid-level budget market.

Project included:Logo design, brand guidelines, stationary design, icon set and image style for marketing purpose.

Discovery Session 🔎

During the discovery session my goal is to learn as much as possible about my clients, their goals, their customers and set goals that will be achieved through this project. They wanted to attract more mid-class customers, and give them feel of safety, while making their brand identity look strong and distinguish themselves from the competition.

Brand Direction 🛣

I created 3 options for visual direction. The boards served as a way for client to determine the direction of the brand. The winning brand board included red and black combination (like Atlanta Hawks as their mention them in our discovery session),but it also helped to position themselves among the competition as passionate, courageous, and energetic. A lot of boxy shapes and serif style for a icon to give the feel of safety.
