About the project
A luxury hotel in Dubai relied on front-desk staff to handle a high volume of inbound booking calls related to availability, pricing, and reservations.
During peak hours, manual call handling caused slow responses, missed inquiries, and delayed booking confirmations.
The hotel needed a human-like AI voice assistant to handle booking calls end-to-end and integrate seamlessly with internal systems.

I built a human-like AI voice booking assistant that handles inbound hotel calls, answers availability and pricing questions, and automates booking confirmation.
The assistant interacts naturally with callers, checks availability in real time, captures guest details, and triggers backend automation to update CRM records and send confirmations — without human intervention.
