A fast-growing automation agency needed a scalable way to manage inbound leads without manual handling, delays, or lost inquiries.
Before automation, every submission was processed manually across Google Forms, Google Sheets, Slack, and ClickUp — creating bottlenecks and slow response times.

Solution
I built a fully automated AI-powered lead intake and management system using n8n as the orchestration layer.
The system captures every inbound lead, evaluates urgency, prioritizes requests, and routes them to the right channels instantly — without manual work.
How the automation works
1️⃣ Lead submitted via Google Forms
2️⃣ Data is captured and validated in Google Sheets
3️⃣ AI evaluates urgency and intent
4️⃣ Slack notifications are sent based on priority
5️⃣ ClickUp tasks are created with labels and metadata
6️⃣ Optional automated email follow-ups are triggered
All steps run end-to-end without human intervention.
